We are esteemed as a platform offering our investors the best ratio of returns and quality. In our pursuit to further enhance your investment experience, we inform you that starting from February 1-st, 2024, we will apply 1 Euro per month Investor Service Fee.
In December, you will receive a letter inviting to confirm the new terms of Website Use Agreement. We are informing in advance so that you have enough time to get acquainted with all the changes, and will be able to make a decision by February 1, 2024. You can find the updated Website Use Agreement at the bottom of this letter.
If you decide not to accept this change and the new Website Use Agreement, from February 1, 2024, you will continue to receive the investment and returns due to you, but will no longer be able to invest in new loans, neither in the primary nor secondary market.
How it will work? The Investor Service Fee will only be applied to investors with an investment portfolio of at least Euro 0.01. The fee will be deducted directly from your personal "Paysera" account every month. If there are no funds on your account during the reporting period, the fee will be deducted in the following month. If there are not enough funds in your account for two months, the investment functions will be suspended until there is a sufficient
balance on your account.
Attenttion to Your needs As before, we will continue to provide all the necessary advice to both novice and experienced investors. By introducing the Investor Service Fee, we will be able to respond even more efficiently to the needs and expectations of the growing investor community and provide the necessary assistance to help you earn a solid return.
More convenience Trying to enchance your investment experience, we are constantly improving the investor self-service and recently introduced a mobile app. We have no intention of stopping and will continue to enhance self-service and the mobile app with new features based on your feedback. We are grateful for the time you have spent participating in our quantitative and qualitative surveys, and we always welcome your feedback.
6-Month Free Trial Period To encourage new investors to try out the SAVY platform and experience the value we provide, we will apply 6-month trial period during which the Investor Service Fee will not be applied. This term will be counted from the registration date.
Please note that this letter is only to inform you of the upcoming changes. In December, you will receive a separate letter regarding the approval of the new Website Use Agreement, and you will have to make a decision by February 1, 2024.
